Links and Things – Thursday 5th March 2008

March 5th, 2009

Firstly, I’m pretty disgusted at Stuart Bailie’s recent comments on bloggers for an ATL piece by Keith:

“It was a grave disappointment to meet a lot of them in the flesh, a lot of them, because, like a lot of online activity it gives introverts the chance to become these bizarre persona(?). And when you see them in the flesh you go “you’re just a sad little bug, who’s no friends, and hasn’t got a girlfriend.”

Stuart blogs himself remember. Listen to the full interview on Keith’s blog.

Everything is amazing. What a positive outlook this guy has. I want to be like this more often, though I did stare out the window of the plane the whole way from Cork to Dublin.

New ad from Meteor. I can’t stand the IT Crowd.

I think Stuart Bailie is completely correct – and isn’t hypocritical at all in his comments.

In fact I’d go far enough as to point out that his flat out true statement is tinged with self deprication of the sly sort you don’t see very often.

Regards…
Matt
