What an awesome night. Not to be confused with any other time I’ve used the word awesome, this was it. After the disappointment of the end of “The Show” hearing he was doing a talk in Dublin’s Science Gallery made my heard beat quite a lot faster than normal.

I got a new camera over the weekend, the Canon 40D and so I brought it out for it’s first shoot to Helen’s Bay beach:

The bright lights, bustle/hustle, culture. I love cities. A constant array of activities.
The countryside, however, is different. Peaceful and beautiful.
I’ve spent very little time living in the country, though Peter and Sara kindly took me into their lovely home for a few days around St. Patrick’s Day to experience village life.

I enjoy Dublin a lot. Mostly because of the great people I have met there, but also because it’s a city with so much more than Belfast. Yeah it’s a dirty big city but I like it.
