It had been ages since I got out to take photographs around the streets of Belfast (damn rain!). However, the sun has been shiny the last few days and as such I was free to wander. Lately there seems to been a rise in a interesting bits of graffiti, mostly around South Belfast/Holy Lands:

It has become one of those things that make Belfast a little bit more interesting for a few weeks twice a year; the Continental Market is returning to the City Hall in Belfast for the Bank Holiday weekend. Expensive beers, German hotdogs and exotic burgers. I’ll be found there.

While on our way to Phoenix Park last Saturday we came across a protest march on O’Connell Street in favour of the legalisation of cannabis. The music, shouting, the smell of cannabis and sight of joints behind ears created a very exciting atmosphere. Some more photos on Pix.ie
