Drogheda Photo Walk May 2009
May 14th, 2009
Starting at the end of another fantastic weekend in the South, and reason for being there this time; the Drogheda Photo Walk. Darren, Kate, Chris and myself arrived in the walled town just before 11am on the beautiful sunny Sunday morning. When everyone had gathered we took off on the long, but educational and fun, but very much exhausting walk through much of the interesting and colourful town.

Up and down the hills and steps, along and across the River Boyne, in churches and graveyards and through the graffiti strewn streets – it was a fantastic day. Thanks to those I met – even if we didn’t get chatting, and thanks to Shane and Derek for organising it so well. I look forward to many more.

I hear the sequal is in the planning stages, and I have plans for a few major Photo Walks over the Summer. More soon.
