Don’t forget that the World Wide Photo Walk is being held this Saturday, 18th July. This is a photo walk organised by photographer Scott Kelby as a way of getting people from all across the world out on the same day – the images taken will then be uploaded to Flickr, tagged accordingly and the best image from each city chosen by Kelby.

The Belfast Photo Walk will be collaborating with Trans Belfast which had already planned a photo walk entitled: Lesser-Spotted Victoria Square where we will all get full access to Victoria Square Shopping Centre to take photographs, ideally of areas other than the observation deck.

As a side note, although this is generally promoted through Flickr, – why not give the little guy a go too when uploading your photos. Pix.ie is an Ireland-based photo sharing community; I recently wrote about the site, and a guide for uploading your photos.

Just tag your images ‘skpwalkbelfast’ (stands for: scott kelby photowalk belfast) so they can be easily found, and a winner can be chosen.
