New Design

After a few months in my head, and a few weeks fiddling with CSS, I’ve changed the design of the blog. I think I’m happy with it. But it’ll only be a matter of time before I find something I don’t like.

Background = #FFF
Text = #000
Font = “Helvetica”,”Arial”;
Font size = 12pm
Line-height = 1.3em
Images = 700px

For now there is no header image and I’m not sure what I want to do with it yet.

Let me know what you think and if you notice any oddities, as no doubt there are still a few things to iron out over the next few days.

Update
The main design problems seem to have been fixed (I’m a CSS god!), with a few minor design issues to be ironed out. Thanks to everyone who helped point out what was happening between browsers.

@Forbairt – Just noticed the sidebar is at the bottom on the main page but not individual post pages. That’ll be #1.

I’m getting the sidebar issuse that you’ve mentioned above on all pages ( on both FF 3.5 and ie 8) ). But this IS on a virutal XP on a 2003 server, so it’s possible that it will affect VERY few people :-) on the base server it self it seems fine

I think the sidebar is a problem with all browsers. Tried the home page and this post and the sidebar is at the bottom for all of these: Google Chrome, IE8, Opera, Safari.
