Culture Night 2010
September 23rd, 2010
Taking place tonight in Belfast, Derry, twenty cities across Ireland, as well as Leuven (Belgium) and New York is a night of Culture; aptly titled “Culture Night”. A plethora of free events from street performance, dance, music, visual arts, history, poetry, workshops, tours and architecture, to name but a few.
The problem I’m having now, though, is deciding what to go to with so many events taking place in 100 venues throughout Belfast alone. It is expected that over 15,000 people were in the city for the inaugural event last year, organisers expect to exceed this number tomorrow.
