Part of the Clonard Monastery, off the Falls Road, Belfast, the Church of the Holy Redeemer was opened in 1911 raplacing the original small tin church built in 1897. The religious order came to Belfast in 1896.

I felt like a kid again. Parks are interesting places, and having frequented a few recently, I’ve noticed that they are generally empty and all look the identical. Working on a small project “showcasing” Belfast parks and play areas. More will appear in the coming weeks. What’s your favourite park?
